Hi, I’m Nicole!

I have a pretty intense coffee addiction, an unusually large sock collection and I fully believe that being upside down is the only way to live your life. You can usually find me hiding in a local gym in Calgary, AB that I've half turned into an aerial studio, spending my time convincing everyone that aerial arts is superior to any other forms of movement.

Whether I'm innovating a new contemporary straps act, piecing together an elegant silks routine or just trying to do more pull ups, I love to move, create, explore and play.
